After 15 wonderful years in our Tuscan villa, we have decided to move to a smaller house in the village. For family reasons we must spend more time Norway, and it is simply not right to leave a big and lovely villa empty most of the time. We are looking for someone to take over the adventure and live it on.

The adventure is to live in a 999-year-old (no kidding!) villa in Tuscany, in a medieval village close to Pisa Airport, the beaches of the Mediterranean and cities like Lucca and Florence. The village is surrounded by forest, with trails perfect for hiking in the beautiful countryside with views to Pisa and the coast.
Villa72 is for you who want to live in Italy proper (not surrounded by expats), who sees the value of residing in a village with Italian neighbors, who want modern heating and infrastructure, private parking and just enough garden. Proximity to Pisa with its international airport, 20 km from Chianti and a mere 22 km to the Mediterranean.
