In 2002 we paid 280.000 euro for the villa with surrounding garden, and parking. The house did not have electricity, no water or sewage. 18 months of work set us back about 400.000 euro. Included in this is 19 new, hand-made doors (they are all different!), 16 new windows, new external doors, new roof, almost 300 square meters of tiles, heating, complete electrical installation (with computer network), drainage, Et Cetera.
Later we have added a pizza oven in the garden (3.000 euro), gates in the garden (to keep your dog from roaming the hills), and so on.
We have rented out the two small apartments. Guests need everything to be ship-shape, and maintenance has been planned and conducted accordingly. You can read more about the particularities on the page concerning the house.

What is included
With a few exceptions: Everything you see on the photos on this site is included. In particular all the original Tuscan furniture, and everything you will need to rent out the two apartments (linen, furniture, utensils, Et Cetera). We want you to build on the 15 years of experience we have, and will do our outmost to tell you everything you need to know. We have information for guests, routines for paperwork, and what not.
